AB228-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB228-AA1,1,2 1. Page 3, line 24: delete "August 1st" and substitute "August 1st 15 days".

AB228-AA1,1,3 2. Page 3, line 25: before " applicable" insert "first day of the".

AB228-AA1,1,8 3. Page 4, line 3: after " approval" insert ". The department may transfer a sturgeon spearing license under this subsection only during the period beginning on the November 1st of each year and ending on the day that is the 15th day preceding the first day of the open season for the spearing of lake sturgeon that follows that November 1st".
