AB338-AA2,1,3 3" Section 1g. 946.47 (1) (intro.) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB338-AA2,1,54 946.47 (1) (intro.) Whoever Except as provided in sub. (1m), whoever does
5either of the following is guilty of a Class I felony:

AB338-AA2, s. 1j 6Section 1j. 946.47 (1m) of the statutes is created to read:

AB338-AA2,1,107 946.47 (1m) A person who violates sub. (1) (b) is guilty of a Class A
8misdemeanor if the person is the felon's spouse or if the person is a parent,
9grandparent, child, grandchild, brother, or sister of the felon, whether by blood,
10marriage, or adoption.".
