AB377-ASA1-AA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB377-ASA1-AA3,1,4 1. Page 3, line 4: after "hospital" insert "upon request, except that, if she is under 16 years of age, a reasonable attempt must first be made to notify one of her parents".

AB377-ASA1-AA3,1,5 2. Page 3, line 8: delete "sub." and substitute "subs. (3m) and".

AB377-ASA1-AA3,1,6 3. Page 3, line 15: after that line insert:

AB377-ASA1-AA3,1,9 "(3m) For a victim who is under 16 years of age, the hospital may provide the emergency contraception to the victim only if the hospital first makes a reasonable attempt to notify one of the victim's parents.".
