AB483-AA1-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the amendment as follows:

AB483-AA1-AA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 10: delete "designee."." and substitute " designee.".

AB483-AA1-AA1,1,3 2. Page 1, line 10: after that line insert:

AB483-AA1-AA1,1,4 " Section 15n. 66.0119 (2m) of the statutes is created to read:

AB483-AA1-AA1,1,11 66.0119 (2m) If a local health officer or his or her designee undertakes an inspection under sub. (2) in an emergency without first obtaining a special inspection warrant, the local health officer or his or her designee shall, within 15 working days after completion of the inspection, report the inspection to the appropriate local board of health, as defined in s. 250.01 (3). The report shall include a summary of the reasons that justified the emergency inspection without obtaining a special inspection warrant.".".
