AB504-ASA1-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB504-ASA1-AA1,1,3 1. Page 1, line 2: after "resources" insert "and membership of the Natural Resources Board".

AB504-ASA1-AA1,1,4 2. Page 2, line 3: after that line insert:

AB504-ASA1-AA1,1,5 " Section 1m. 15.34 (2) (bg) and (br) of the statutes are created to read:

AB504-ASA1-AA1,1,10 15.34 (2) (bg) At least one member of the natural resources board shall have an agricultural background, and shall be selected from a list of names submitted by statewide agricultural organizations. The requirements of this paragraph apply to individuals who are members of the natural resources board on May 1, 2014, and thereafter.

AB504-ASA1-AA1,2,5 (br) At least 3 members of the natural resources board shall be individuals who held a sports license under s. 29.231 or a conservation patron license under s. 29.235 in at least 7 of the 10 years previous to the year in which the individual is nominated, and shall be selected from a list of names submitted by statewide organizations that are primarily interested in supporting hunting, fishing, or trapping. The requirements of this paragraph apply to individuals who are members of the natural resources board on May 1, 2014, and thereafter.".
