AB695-AA1,1,3 1. Page 3, line 16: delete the material beginning with "An individual" and ending with "a complaint" on line 19 and substitute "Subsection (1) does not apply".

AB695-AA1,1,4 2. Page 3, line 21: after "detained" insert "or committed".
