AB8-AA1-AA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 12: delete that line and substitute:

AB8-AA1-AA1,1,3 "" Section 6m. 942.09 (6) of the statutes is created to read:

AB8-AA1-AA1,1,5 942.09 (6) The failure of the owner of a locker room to comply with s. 175.22 (3) is not a defense to a prosecution under sub. (5).

AB8-AA1-AA1, s. 6r Section 6r. 947.0123 of the statutes is created to read:".

AB8-AA1-AA1,1,7 2. Page 2, line 5: delete "misdemeanor."." and substitute "misdemeanor.".
