AB83-AA6,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB83-AA6,1,3 1. Page 4, line 16: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 5, line 3.

AB83-AA6,1,4 2. Page 8, line 5: delete lines 5 to 7.

AB83-AA6,1,6 3. Page 8, line 19: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 9, line 5, and substitute:

AB83-AA6,1,11 "(2c) Position authorization. The authorized FTE positions for the department of agriculture, trade and consumer protection are increased by 1.0 PR position to be funded from the appropriation under section 20.115 (8) (ge) of the statutes, as created by this act, for an executive director for the agricultural education and workforce development council.".

AB83-AA6,2,2 4. Page 9, line 7: delete the material beginning with "July" and ending with "later" on line 8 and substitute "the 30th day after the day of publication".
