AB116-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB116-AA1,1,2 1. Page 3, line 11: delete lines 11 to 16.

AB116-AA1,1,3 2. Page 4, line 23: after that line insert:

AB116-AA1,1,4 " Section 9m. 103.10 (7) (title) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB116-AA1,1,5 103.10 (7) (title) Certification; documentation.

AB116-AA1, s. 9n Section 9n. 103.10 (7) (am) of the statutes is created to read:

AB116-AA1,1,12 103.10 (7) (am) When an employee returns from school conference and activities leave, the employer may require the employee to provide, in a reasonable and practicable manner, documentation from his or her child's school stating no more than that the employee was attending a school conference or classroom activity, or was observing and monitoring services and programming, as described in sub. (4m), during the period of that leave.

AB116-AA1, s. 9p Section 9p. 103.10 (7) (b) (intro.) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB116-AA1,2,2 103.10 (7) (b) (intro.) No employer may require certification under par. (a) stating more than the following:".
