AB341-AA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB341-AA1,1,3 21. Page 2, line 5: delete the material beginning with "while" and ending with
3"transmit" on line 6 and substitute "capable of transmitting".

AB341-AA1,1,5 42. Page 2, line 7: delete the material beginning with "to" and ending with
5"operator" on line 8.

AB341-AA1,1,6 63. Page 2, line 11: delete "telephone" and substitute "telephone,".

AB341-AA1,1,8 74. Page 2, line 12: delete "that is not" and substitute "to transmit or receive
