AB458-AA4,1,3 " Section 4m. 118.019 (2g) of the statutes is created to read:

AB458-AA4,1,7 118.019 (2g) Single-sex instruction. A school board that provides an instructional program in human growth and development under this section shall separate pupils enrolled in grades kindergarten to 9 by sex prior to providing the pupils the instruction authorized by this section.".
