ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 7, TO 2009 ASSEMBLY BILL 458

AB458-AA7,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB458-AA7,1,2 1. Page 4, line 1: delete lines 1 and 2 and substitute:

AB458-AA7,1,4 "118.019 (1m) Definition. In this section, "age-appropriate" means suitable to a particular age group of pupils based".

AB458-AA7,1,5 2. Page 4, line 5: delete lines 5 to 12.

AB458-AA7,1,8 3. Page 4, line 16: delete lines 16 to 24 and substitute "school board shall, consistent with the requirements under sub. (5), determine the curriculum and information to be offered in the instructional program.".

AB458-AA7,1,9 4. Page 5, line 1: delete lines 1 to 24.

AB458-AA7,1,10 5. Page 6, line 20: delete lines 20 to 22.

AB458-AA7,1,11 6. Page 7, line 1: delete lines 1 to 5 and substitute:

AB458-AA7,1,12 " Section 10g. 146.89 (3r) (c) 6. of the statutes is created to read:

AB458-AA7,2,4 146.89 (3r) (c) 6. Instruction in human growth and development if the volunteer health care provider applied jointly with a school board and the school board offers an instructional program in human growth and development under s. 118.019.

AB458-AA7, s. 10m Section 10m. 146.89 (3r) (e) of the statutes is repealed.".
