ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 18, TO ASSEMBLY SUBSTITUTE AMENDMENT 1, TO 2009 ASSEMBLY BILL 75

AB75-ASA1-AA18,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB75-ASA1-AA18,1,3 1. Page 1250, line 7: delete "paragraph subsection" and substitute "paragraph".

AB75-ASA1-AA18,1,6 2. Page 1250, line 13: delete "In the 2009-10 and 2010-11 school years" and substitute "Beginning in the 2011-12 school year and in every school year thereafter".

AB75-ASA1-AA18,1,9 3. Page 1250, line 18: delete "$6,442" and substitute "the sum of the amount paid per pupil under this subsection in the previous school year and the increase in the per pupil revenue limit under s. 121.91 (2m) in the current school year".

AB75-ASA1-AA18,1,10 4. Page 1251, line 12: delete "or (bg)".

AB75-ASA1-AA18,1,11 5. Page 1251, line 14: delete "or (bg)".

AB75-ASA1-AA18,1,12 6. Page 1251, line 14: after that line insert:

AB75-ASA1-AA18,2,3 "3. In the 2011-12 school year and in any school year thereafter, multiply the amount determined under sub. (4) (bg) by 0.616.".
