AB75-ASA1-AA23,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB75-ASA1-AA23,1,5 1. Page 157, line 8: increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 2009-10 by $46,500 and increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 2010-11 by $60,300 for the purpose of maintaining the current level of global positioning system tracking of sex offenders under s. 301.48.

AB75-ASA1-AA23,1,9 2. Page 252, line 14: from the funds placed in that appropriation account for community supervision services, decrease the dollar amount for fiscal year 2009-10 by $106,800 for the purpose of maintaining the current level of global positioning system tracking of sex offenders under s. 301.48.

AB75-ASA1-AA23,1,10 3. Page 1414, line 3: delete lines 3 to 11.
