AB75-ASA1-AA52,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:
AB75-ASA1-AA52,1,5 21. Page 99, line 11: decrease the dollar amount for fiscal year 2009-10 by
3$3,250,000 and decrease the dollar amount for fiscal year 2010-11 by $6,500,000 to
4decrease funding for the recruitment and retention of high-demand faculty and
5academic staff.

7$1,750,000 and decrease the dollar amount for fiscal year 2010-11 by $3,500,000 to
