AB75-ASA1-AA83,1,8 "(11d) Pharmacist reimbursement under Medical Assistance and Senior Care. The department of health services may not reduce the reimbursement rate to pharmacies and pharmacists under the Medical Assistance program under subchapter IV of chapter 49 of the statutes or under the program to provide prescription drug assistance for elderly persons under section 49.688 of the statutes in the fiscal biennium in which this subsection takes effect.".
