5s. 49.475, for costs associated with outreach activities, for state administration of
6state supplemental grants to supplemental security income recipients under s.

to administer the pharmacy benefits purchasing pool under s. 146.45, and for
8services of resource centers under s. 46.283. No state positions may be funded in the
9department of health services from this appropriation, except positions for the
