From the moneys received by this state under section 903 (d) of the federal
14Social Security Act, as amended, all moneys transferred from the appropriation
15account under par. (n) to be used for the administration of unemployment insurance
16and for
the payment of the cost of banking services incurred by the unemployment
17reserve fund. No moneys may be expended from this appropriation unless the
18treasurer of the unemployment reserve fund determines that such expenditure is
19currently needed for the purpose specified in this paragraph.

shall be credited to this appropriation. From this appropriation, an amount
4not to exceed $5,000 may be expended each fiscal year for payment of expenses for
5travel and research by the council on worker's compensation and the amount in the
6schedule under par. (rp) shall be transferred to the appropriation account under par.
7(rp)
