SENATE AMENDMENT 2, TO 2009 SENATE BILL 297

SB297-SA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB297-SA2,1,3 1. Page 4, line 20: delete "Authorize" and substitute "Subject to sub. (2r), authorize".

SB297-SA2,1,4 2. Page 6, line 12: before that line insert:

SB297-SA2,1,9 "(2r) No motor vehicle may be removed and impounded under sub. (2) unless a citation for a nonmoving traffic violation has been issued for the vehicle not less than 74 hours before removal and the vehicle has not been occupied at, or moved from, the place where it was located when this citation was issued for at least 74 hours immediately preceding the removal.".
