SB62-AA2,1,7 "(cx) Public hearing and issuance of report. Before approving the expenditure of federal economic stimulus funds under a plan or plans submitted by the governor, the joint committee on finance shall hold a public hearing and issue a report that contains a determination by the committee that all projects for which the funds are proposed to be expended are an appropriate use of public funds.".
