AB10-AA2,1,2 1. Page 3, line 15: substitute "or 2. and 3." for "or 2.".

AB10-AA2,1,3 2. Page 4, line 3: after that line insert:

AB10-AA2,1,6 "3. The person who engages in the activity is meeting all of the conditions set forth in the "Notice of Water Quality Certification" issued by the department and dated July 15, 2010.".
