AB11-AA102,1,4 2. Page 74, line 21: after that line insert:

AB11-AA102,1,7 "(b) No labor organization representing a collective bargaining unit containing a municipal employee may deduct from the earnings of the municipal employee any contributions for a 3rd party.".
