AB11-AA90,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB11-AA90,1,4 1. Page 24, line 22: delete that line and substitute "credit the net proceeds, to the extent that expenses are incurred, to the appropriation under s. 20.445 (1) (ga) and thereafter to the budget stabilization fund.".

AB11-AA90,1,5 2. Page 28, line 3: after that line insert:

AB11-AA90,1,6 " Section 51m. 20.455 (1) (ga) of the statutes is created to read:

AB11-AA90,1,11 20.455 (1) (ga) Operating while intoxicated enforcement. All moneys credited to this account under s. 16.896 (3) from the sale of state-owned heating, cooling, and power plants under s. 16.896 to be used to provide grants to district attorneys and to counties and municipalities in the amounts determined by the attorney general for investigation, enforcement, and prosecution of violations of s. 343.63.".
