8this subsection any contractual services agreement between the University of
9Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics Board and the University of Wisconsin Hospitals
10and Clinics Authority under section 233.04 (4) of the statutes is terminated.
AB11-CSA1,129,2211 (2) Transfer of employees to University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics
12Authority.
On the effective date of this subsection, all employees of the University
13of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics Board are transferred to the University of
14Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics Authority. The University of Wisconsin Hospitals
15and Clinics Authority shall adhere to the terms of any collective bargaining
16agreement covering the employees that is in force on the effective date of this
17subsection, including specifically terms relating to employer payment of any
18employee required contributions under the Wisconsin Retirement System and
19employer payment of any health insurance premiums on behalf of employees. Upon
20termination of the collective bargaining agreement, the University of Wisconsin
21Hospitals and Clinics Authority shall establish the compensation and benefits of the
22employees under section 233.10 (2) of the statutes.

AB11-CSA1,130,1918 (2) Wisconsin Quality Home Care Authority assets, liabilities, personal
19property, and contracts.
AB11-CSA1,130,2220 (a) On the effective date of this paragraph, the assets and liabilities of the
21Wisconsin Quality Home Care Authority shall become the assets and liabilities of the
22department of health services.
AB11-CSA1,130,2523 (b) On the effective date of this paragraph, all tangible personal property,
24including records, of the Wisconsin Quality Home Care Authority is transferred to
25the department of health services.

1(c) All contracts entered into by the Wisconsin Quality Home Care Authority
2in effect on the effective date of this paragraph remain in effect and are transferred
3to the department of health services. The department of health services shall carry
4out any obligations under such a contract until the contract is modified or rescinded
