AB8-SA7,1,2 At the locations indicated, amend the bill, as shown by assembly substitute amendment 1, as follows:

AB8-SA7,1,4 1. Page 12, line 5: delete "policy problem, including" and substitute "problem, including".

AB8-SA7,1,6 2. Page 12, line 6: delete " any risks to public health or the environment," and substitute "any risks to public health or the environment,".

AB8-SA7,1,7 3. Page 12, line 8: delete " policy".

AB8-SA7,1,8 4. Page 12, line 9: delete " policy".

AB8-SA7,1,9 5. Page 12, line 17: delete lines 17 to 21 and substitute:

AB8-SA7,1,10 " Section 15g. 227.137 (3) (c) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB8-SA7,2,3 227.137 (3) (c) An analysis of benefits of the proposed rule, including how the rule reduces the risks and addresses the problems that the proposed rule is intended to address.".
