AB148-AA2,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
AB148-AA2,1,2 21. Page 2, line 11: after that line insert:
AB148-AA2,1,3 3" Section 1p. 2011 Wisconsin Act 10, section 9208 (1) is repealed.".
AB148-AA2,1,4 42. Page 3, line 1: after that line insert:
AB148-AA2,1,5 5" Section 2p. 2011 Wisconsin Act 10, section 9221 (1) is repealed.".
AB148-AA2,1,6 63. Page 3, line 6: after that line insert:
AB148-AA2,1,7 7" Section 9208. Fiscal changes; Children and Families.
AB148-AA2,1,8 8(1) Income augmentation lapse.
AB148-AA2,1,139 (a) Notwithstanding section 20.001 (3) (c) of the statutes, there is lapsed to the
10general fund from the appropriation account to the department of children and
11families under section 20.437 (1) (kx) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 2011,
12$2,011,200 in the second fiscal year of the fiscal biennium in which this subsection
13takes effect.

1(b) Notwithstanding 2007 Wisconsin Act 20, section 9201 (1c) (a), the secretary
2of administration shall apply the lapse under paragraph (a) to the lapse requirement
3for the 2009-11 fiscal biennium under 2007 Wisconsin Act 20, section 9201 (1c) (a).".

AB148-AA2,2,106 (a) Notwithstanding section 20.001 (3) (c) of the statutes, there is lapsed to the

8under section 20.435 (8) (mb) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 2011,
9$4,500,000 in the second fiscal year of the fiscal biennium in which this subsection
10takes effect.
AB148-AA2,2,1311(b) Notwithstanding 2007 Wisconsin Act 20, section 9201 (1c) (a), the secretary
12of administration shall apply the lapse under paragraph (a) to the lapse requirement
13for the 2009-11 fiscal biennium under 2007 Wisconsin Act 20, section 9201 (1c) (a).".
