AB148-AA3,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
AB148-AA3,1,2 21. Page 2, line 1: before that line insert:
AB148-AA3,1,4 3" Section 1m. 20.005 (3) (schedule) of the statutes: at the appropriate place,
4insert the following amounts for the purposes indicated: - See PDF for table PDF
AB148-AA3, s. 1p 5Section 1p. 20.505 (4) (da) of the statutes is created to read:
AB148-AA3,1,86 20.505 (4) (da) Extraordinary police services provided to state facilities. As a
7continuing appropriation, the amounts in the schedule to pay for extraordinary
8police services provided directly to state facilities under s. 16.008.".

AB148-AA3,2,114 (1) Extraordinary police services provided to state facilities. Before
5expenditure of any moneys appropriated under section 20.505 (4) (da) of the statutes,
6as created by this act, the secretary of administration shall report to the
7cochairpersons of the joint committee on finance the specific items proposed to be
8expended. The report shall specifically include expenditures to reimburse local
9governments for police services provided to state facilities. No moneys may be
10expended from that appropriation until the proposed expenditure is approved by the
11committee.".
