AB177-ASA1-AA3,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:
AB177-ASA1-AA3,1,2 21. Page 6, line 5: delete lines 5 to 16 and substitute:
AB177-ASA1-AA3,1,10 3"(b) Additional information requested. 1. If the department determines that
4the application is incomplete, the department shall notify the applicant in writing
5and may make only one request for additional information during the 30-day period
6specified in par. (a). Within 10 days after receiving the additional information from
7the applicant, the department shall notify the applicant in writing as to whether the
8application is complete. The date on which the 2nd notice under this paragraph is
9sent shall be set as the date of closure for purposes of sub. (3) (a), except as provided
10in subd. 3.
".

11applicable date of closure as determined under par. (a) or (b) 1. or 3., but the
12department may not request items of information that are outside the scope of the
13original request unless the applicant and the department both agree. A request for
14any such additional information may not affect the applicable date of closure.".

20the last day of that 30-day, 10-day, or 5-day period for purposes of sub. (3) (a).".
