AB311-ASA1-AA4-AA1,1,3 1. Page 2, line 5: delete lines 5 and 6 and substitute "or a portion of a state park if any of the following applies:

AB311-ASA1-AA4-AA1,1,5 "1. The department prohibits hunting, fishing, or trapping in a designated use area.

AB311-ASA1-AA4-AA1,1,7 2. The natural resources board determines that prohibiting hunting, fishing, or trapping is necessary to protect public safety or to protect a unique animal or".

AB311-ASA1-AA4-AA1,1,8 2. Page 2, line 8: before "requires" insert "under this subdivision".
