AB311-SA2,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the engrossed bill as follows:

AB311-SA2,1,2 21. Page 2, line 5: after "seasons;" insert "regulating body gripping traps;".

AB311-SA2,1,3 32. Page 11, line 12: after that line insert:

AB311-SA2,1,4 4" Section 7m. 29.331 (1m) of the statutes is created to read:

AB311-SA2,1,75 29.331 (1m) Body gripping traps. No person may set, place, or operate a body
6gripping trap of a type designed to kill an animal unless the trap is smaller than 36
7square inches in size or unless at least one-half of the trap is submerged in water.".
