AB40-ASA1-AA27,1,2 1. Page 461, line 2: after that line insert:

AB40-ASA1-AA27,1,3 " Section 1009m. 36.45 (4) of the statutes is created to read:

AB40-ASA1-AA27,1,11 36.45 (4) In any document published by or on behalf of the board that describes the results of research conducted by faculty or academic staff, the board shall include in the document a statement that discloses the amount and percentage of funding for the research that is provided by state sources, and the amount and percentage of funding for the research that is provided by federal sources, and the amount and percentage of funding for the research that is provided by private sources. The statement shall identify each federal and private source of funding for the research and the amount and percentage of funding from each federal and private source.".

AB40-ASA1-AA27,2,3 "(3u) Disclosure of research funding sources. The treatment of section 36.45 (4) of the statutes first applies to documents published on the effective date of this subsection.".
