AB582-AA4,1,7 3"420.025 Required disclosure. Before the time that a lessee becomes legally
4obligated under a rental-purchase agreement, the rental-purchase company shall
5provide the lessee with a written statement detailing the cumulative total cost of
6renting the rental property, broken down into 3-month periods, if the lessee does not
7acquire ownership of the rental property.".
