AB7-ASA2-AA30,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:
AB7-ASA2-AA30,1,2 21. Page 8, line 1: before that line insert:
AB7-ASA2-AA30,1,3 3" Section 1d. 5.02 (6e) of the statutes is created to read:
AB7-ASA2-AA30,1,64 5.02 (6e) "Homeless person" means an individual who lacks a fixed, regular,
5and adequate nighttime residence and who has a nighttime residence that is one of
6the following:
AB7-ASA2-AA30,1,87 (a) A supervised publicly or privately operated shelter designed to provide
8temporary living accommodations.
AB7-ASA2-AA30,1,109 (b) An institution that provides a temporary residence for individuals intended
10to be institutionalized.
AB7-ASA2-AA30,1,1211 (c) A public or private place not designed for, or ordinarily used as, a regular
12sleeping accommodation for human beings.".

AB7-ASA2-AA30,2,109 7.51 (5) (a) 4. The inspectors shall immediately deliver all ballots, statements,
10tally sheets, lists, and envelopes, and affidavits to the municipal clerk.
AB7-ASA2-AA30, s. 100r 11Section 100r. 7.51 (5) (b) of the statutes is amended to read:
AB7-ASA2-AA30,2,2312 7.51 (5) (b) The municipal clerk shall deliver all ballots, statements, tally
13sheets, lists, and envelopes relating to a school district election to the school district
14clerk by 4 p.m. on the day following each such election. The municipal clerk shall
15deliver the ballots, statements, tally sheets, lists, and envelopes for his or her
16municipality relating to any county, technical college district, state, or national
17election to the county clerk no later than 4 p.m. on the day following each such
18election or, in municipalities where absentee ballots are canvassed under s. 7.52, by
194 p.m. on the 2nd day following each such election, and no later than 4 p.m. on the
20day after receiving any corrected returns under s. 6.221 (6) (b). The person delivering
21the returns shall be paid out of the municipal treasury. Each clerk shall retain
22ballots, statements, tally sheets, or envelopes, and affidavits received by the clerk
23until destruction is authorized under s. 7.23 (1).".
