Crime victim and witness surcharge, sexual assault victim
7services. All moneys received from any crime victim and witness assistance
8surcharge authorized under s. 973.045 (1) that are allocated to this appropriation
9account under s. 973.045 (2m) (a),
and all amounts transferred from par. (c) to
10provide grants for sexual assault victim services under s. 165.93 and to administer
11the grant program.".

2(1) There is transferred from the appropriation account under section 20.455
3(5) (c) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 2011, to the appropriation account
4under section 20.455 (5) (gc) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 2011, $331,100
5for the first fiscal year of the fiscal biennium in which this subsection takes effect and
6$447,100 for the second fiscal year of the fiscal biennium in which this subsection
7takes effect.

9(1) In the schedule under section 20.005 (3) of the statutes for the appropriation
10to the department of justice under section 20.455 (5) (c) of the statutes, as affected
11by the acts of 2011, the dollar amount is decreased by $331,100 for the first fiscal year
12of the fiscal biennium in which this subsection takes effect to transfer that amount
13to the appropriation under section 20.455 (5) (gc) of the statutes. In the schedule
14under section 20.005 (3) of the statutes for the appropriation to the department of
15justice under section 20.455 (5) (c) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 2011, the
16dollar amount is decreased by $447,100 for the second fiscal year of the fiscal
17biennium in which this subsection takes effect to transfer that amount to the
18appropriation under section 20.455 (5) (gc) of the statutes.".
