SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO 2011 SENATE BILL 268

SB268-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB268-SA1,1,3 1. Page 1, line 3: after "elections" insert "and eligibility to vote in recall elections in legislative districts affected by 2011 Wisconsin Act 43".

SB268-SA1,1,4 2. Page 2, line 5: after that line insert:

SB268-SA1,1,5 " Section 2m. 2011 Wisconsin Act 43, section 9m is created to read:

SB268-SA1,1,10 [2011 Wisconsin Act 43] Section 9m. Eligibility to vote in recall elections held in legislative districts affected by this act. An elector who resides in a legislative district the boundaries of which are affected by this act is eligible to vote in a recall election to be held within that district if the elector resides in the district that is applicable to the recall election under Section 10 (2) of this act.".
