SB268-SA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB268-SA3,1,4 1. Page 2, line 2: delete "November 9, 2011" and substitute " the day after final adjudication of all litigation in state and federal courts relating to the validity of this act, as determined by the chief of the legislative reference bureau".
