SB93-SSA2-SA18,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

SB93-SSA2-SA18,1,2 1. Page 53, line 9: after that line insert:

SB93-SSA2-SA18,1,6 "4m. Enters or remains in any part of a building or grounds of a public zoo if the state or local governmental unit that operates the zoo or of a private zoo if the person who operates the zoo has notified the actor not to enter or remain in the building or on the grounds while carrying a firearm or with that type of firearm.".

SB93-SSA2-SA18,2,2 "bm. For the purposes of sub. (1m) (c) 4m., the state, local governmental unit, or person has notified an individual not to enter or remain in the building or on the grounds while carrying a firearm or with a particular type of firearm if the state, local governmental unit, or person has posted a sign that is located in a prominent place near all of the entrances to the building or the grounds to which the restriction applies and any individual entering the building or the grounds can be reasonably expected to see the sign.".
