ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 1, TO 2013 ASSEMBLY BILL 1

AB1-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB1-AA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 1: delete "the manufacturing and agriculture credit;".

AB1-AA1,1,3 2. Page 11, line 18: delete lines 18 to 23.

AB1-AA1,1,4 3. Page 12, line 16: after "(3w)," insert "(4k),".

AB1-AA1,1,5 4. Page 12, line 16: delete "(5n),".

AB1-AA1,1,6 5. Page 12, line 17: delete "and (9m)," and substitute "and (9m), and (9r),".

AB1-AA1,1,8 6. Page 12, line 23: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 13, line 11.

AB1-AA1,1,9 7. Page 17, line 14: after that line insert:

AB1-AA1,1,10 " Section 9201. Fiscal changes; Administration.

AB1-AA1,2,5 (1c) Transfer to budget stabilization fund. In addition to the amounts that are transferred from the general fund to the budget stabilization fund during the 2013-15 fiscal biennium under section 16.518 (3) of the statutes, an amount equal to $11,300,000 shall be transferred from the general fund to the budget stabilization fund during the 2013-14 fiscal year and an amount equal to $24,000,000 shall be transferred from the general fund to the budget stabilization fund during the 2014-15 fiscal year.".
