ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 5, TO 2013 ASSEMBLY BILL 1

AB1-AA5,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB1-AA5,1,3 1. Page 1, line 11: after "rate;" insert "an individual income tax deduction for propane costs;".

AB1-AA5,1,4 2. Page 9, line 17: after that line insert:

AB1-AA5,1,5 " Section 20d. 71.05 (6) (b) 52. of the statutes is created to read:

AB1-AA5,1,8 71.05 (6) (b) 52. For taxable years beginning after December 31, 2013, and before January 1, 2015, the amount the claimant paid for propane during the taxable year in excess of $2 a gallon, if the propane was used in this state.".
