SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO 2013 ASSEMBLY BILL 1

AB1-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the engrossed bill as follows:

AB1-SA1,1,3 1. Page 1, line 14: delete the material beginning with "a sales" and ending with "facilities;" on page 2, line 1.

AB1-SA1,1,4 2. Page 18, line 8: delete lines 8 to 17.

AB1-SA1,1,5 3. Page 19, line 24: after that line insert:

AB1-SA1,1,7 " Section 44m. 2013 Wisconsin Act 20, section 9252 (1) (a) (intro.) is amended to read:

AB1-SA1,2,2 [2013 Wisconsin Act 20] Section 9252 (1) (a) (intro.) Notwithstanding 2011 Wisconsin Act 32, section 9255 (1) (c) and (d), the secretary shall not lapse any money from the agencies specified in those paragraphs during the 2013-15 fiscal biennium, but shall instead lapse to the general fund from the unencumbered balances of general purpose revenue and program revenue appropriations to the following executive branch state agencies, other than sum sufficient appropriations and appropriations of federal revenues, the following amounts in each fiscal year of the 2013-15 fiscal biennium the 2013-14, 2014-15, and 2015-16 fiscal years:".

AB1-SA1,2,4 " Section 9201. Fiscal changes; Administration.

AB1-SA1,2,7 (1m) Transfers to the budget stabilization fund. Notwithstanding section 16.518 (3) of the statutes, no amounts shall be transferred from the general fund to the budget stabilization fund during the 2013-15 fiscal biennium.".
