AB181-SA1,1,3 1. Page 1, line 2: after "program" insert "and making an appropriation".

AB181-SA1,1,6 2. Page 4, line 9: delete the material beginning with "board," and ending with "Council" on line 12 and substitute "board and 2 representatives, appointed by the secretary, of the capital finance office in the department".
