AB398-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB398-AA2,1,3 1. Page 8, line 24: delete the material beginning with "school" and ending with "section," on page 9, line 1, and substitute "school,".

AB398-AA2,1,4 2. Page 9, line 8: delete "participating".

AB398-AA2,1,6 3. Page 9, line 12: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 10, line 6, and substitute:

AB398-AA2,1,10 "(5) Payments. From the appropriation under s. 20.235 (1) (fw), the board shall pay the district school in which a scholar is enrolled, on behalf of the scholar, an amount not to exceed $2,250 for each academic year in which the scholar receives a higher education scholarship under sub. (4) (a) or (b).".
