AB40-SA39,1,3 1. Page 678, line 16: delete "(4) (a)" and substitute "(4) (a) 1.".

AB40-SA39,1,4 2. Page 678, line 18: after that line insert:

AB40-SA39,1,7 "2. This section may not take effect in any local governmental unit until it is submitted to a referendum and approved by a majority of the electors voting in the referendum.".
