AB40-SA50,1,7 2. Page 192, line 16: decrease the dollar amount for fiscal year 2013-14 by $98,307,500 and decrease the dollar amount for fiscal year 2014-15 by $98,307,500 to decrease funding for the purpose for which the appropriation is made.

AB40-SA50,1,8 3. Page 335, line 20: after that line insert:

AB40-SA50,1,9 " Section 290c. 20.395 (1) (au) of the statutes is created to read:

AB40-SA50,2,5 20.395 (1) (au) Supplemental transportation aids to counties and municipalities, state funds. The amounts in the schedule for general transportation aids to counties and municipalities under 2013 Wisconsin Act .... (this act), section 9145 (13e). No moneys may be encumbered under this paragraph after June 30, 2015.".

AB40-SA50,3,2 "(13e) Supplemental transportation aids to counties and municipalities. Notwithstanding any limit on the maximum amount of aids payable under section 86.30 of the statutes, as affected by this act, from the appropriation under section 20.395 (1) (au) of the statutes, as created by this act, the department of transportation shall make payments of $98,307,500 in fiscal year 2013-14 and $98,307,500 in fiscal year 2014-15 to municipalities and counties to supplement the aids available under section 86.30 of the statutes, as affected by this act. Payments made under this subsection shall be made to municipalities and counties receiving payments under section 86.30 of the statutes, as affected by this act, and shall be allocated according to a uniform percentage among all municipalities, and among all counties, receiving aid payments under section 86.30 of the statutes, as affected by this act. Payments made under this subsection shall be used for transportation related expenditures.".
