AB417-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB417-AA2,1,6 1. Page 5, line 23: after "118.40 (2r)" insert ", but only if one or more accountability reports have been issued for that charter school under s. 115.385 (1) and only if that charter school was placed by the department in either of the 2 highest performance categories on the most recent accountability report issued for that school under s. 115.385 (1)".

Page 5, line 24: after "school" insert ", but only if one or more accountability reports have been issued for that private school under s. 115.385 (1) and only if that private school was placed by the department in either of the 2 highest performance categories on the most recent accountability report issued for that school under s. 115.385 (1)".

Page 6, line 2: after "118.40 (7)" insert ", but only if one or more accountability reports have been issued for that charter school under s. 115.385 (1) and only if that charter school was placed by the department in either of the 2 highest performance categories on the most recent accountability report issued for that school under s. 115.385 (1)".

Page 6, line 4: after "charter school" insert ", provided that one or more accountability reports have been issued under s. 115.385 (1) for any such school in operation at the time the contract is being pursued as described in this subdivision and provided that the school was placed by the department in either of the 2 highest performance categories on the most recent accountability report issued for that school under s. 115.385 (1)".

Page 6, line 7: after "district" insert ", provided that one or more accountability reports have been issued under s. 115.385 (1) for any such school in operation at the time the contract is being pursued as described in this subdivision and provided that the school was placed by the department in either of the 2 highest performance categories on the most recent accountability report issued for that school under s. 115.385 (1)".
