AB445-AA2,1,6 3. Page 2, line 7: after "U.S." insert "or foreign".

AB445-AA2,1,8 4. Page 2, line 9: after "practitioner," insert "or when delivered to a health care facility, as defined in s. 146.997 (1) (c), to be administered in the health care facility,".
