(5) Report. Annually, the board shall submit a report to the governor,
7and to the appropriate standing committees of the legislature under s. 13.172 (3), on
8the performance of the college savings program, including any recommended
9changes to the program.
The board shall also include in the report the information
10gathered under sub. (9) and shall organize this information by the zip code in which
11the beneficiary resides.".
