1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

21. Page 1, line 4: after "cards" insert "and certain other forms of identification".

32. Page 2, line 3: after that line insert:

4" Section 1m. 5.02 (6m) (h) and (i) of the statutes are created to read:

5 5.02 (6m) (h) A card issued by the federal social security administration that
6shows proof of eligibility for the Medicare program; a card that is issued by the
7department of health services and is known as a ForwardHealth card and that shows
8proof of eligibility for the Medical Assistance program; a card that shows proof of
9eligibility for the federal food stamp program under 7 USC 2011 to 2036a; or any card
10that shows eligibility for the supplemental security income program under 42 USC
111381 to 1383d.

12 (i) Any other unexpired identification card issued by the federal government,
13a state agency, as defined in s. 20.001 (1), or the government of any other state.".

13. Page 5, line 12: after "(g)" insert ", (h), and (i)".
