(b) Notwithstanding sub. (3) (a) and (am), an individual issued an initial license

20member who holds a credential, in good standing, from a nationally recognized

22applies to the board for a waiver in the method prescribed by the board.

24may be imposed for individuals issued an initial license under par. (a).
