AB85-SA2,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the engrossed bill as follows:

AB85-SA2,1,2 21. Page 22, line 19: delete lines 19 to 25.

AB85-SA2,1,3 32. Page 23, line 1: delete lines 1 to 6 and substitute:

AB85-SA2,1,4 4" Section 38n. 111.70 (1p) of the statutes is created to read:

AB85-SA2,1,85 111.70 (1p) County employees in a county with a population of 750,000 or more.
6With respect to municipal employees who are employed by a county with a population
7of 750,000 or more, the county executive is responsible for the municipal employer
8functions under this subchapter.".

AB85-SA2,1,11 93. Page 25, line 1: delete the material beginning with "The" and ending with
10"2. b." on line 2 and substitute "Collective bargaining. The treatment of section
11111.70 (1p)".
